We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before a performance to avoid last minute lines at the Box Office. Large groups should allow more time before the show to distribute tickets. Late arriving patrons will be seated at the discretion of the performing company and the house manager to minimize disruption to the performers and audience.
If you want to get something to eat before a performance, see our listing of nearby restaurants on H Street.
The Atlas Café in the lobby offers light fare, snacks and a variety of drinks. The café opens about an hour before curtain and remains open through intermission.
Patrons who have a last-minute change of plans and cannot get to the performance may exchange their ticket for a $5 exchange fee.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, a cancellation notice will be posted on the main page of our website. You can also check with the Box Office. Performance cancellations are rare and are usually decided late in the afternoon for an evening performance. Refunds are not offered when a performance has taken place. When a performance is canceled due to inclement weather or other reasons, alternatives will be assessed at that time regarding possible exchanges or refunds.
