The main objective for this string quartet program is to show how art is inspired by or sometimes created despite the things that we experience in our “real world”. We use classical music as the catalyst to have conversations about topics like politics, gender, and race.

Empath is a concert series that aims to cultivate an open-minded dialogue about current and social affairs through music. Evenings include live classical music and thoughtful discussions that bridge music history and modern topics. Empath Concerts is a concert series whose purpose is to bring people together to experience art, start conversations about important issues, and gain a better understanding of each other.
