March 15-16, 2019
The Capitol Movement Project is celebrating 14 years of building better lives through dance. We are proud to present the 14th Capitol Movement Project, “Dance In The Face Of…”. This performance is about how acceptance leads us to overcome fear and hate and thrive together with love. Showcasing a variety of styles from tap, jazz, and hip-hop to modern, contemporary, and musical theater, “Dance in the Face Of…” is a powerful commentary on the ever-growing importance to acknowledge and embrace each other in today’s world. Through this we can overcome fear and hate and thrive together with love and hope.
