As a prelude to the June Atlas Arts Lab performance of “Loud as the Rolling Sea – Songs of Resistance and Recognition” this event features a discussion with artists on their use of socially conscious/protest music and how that music affects social movements. The event will include a listening session where panelists will share songs important to their creative practice. Christopher Prince will also share music that inspired his project.
