“Love Tales” is a collection of vignettes celebrating the journey of love, self-discovery, and relationships. This production highlights the richness of self-love, relationship love, and the beauty of culture, family, and community.

Ronnique Antoinette is a Choreographer, Dancer, Creative Director, and Dance Educator hailing from Washington, D.C. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography. Ronnique is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
Her performance credits include works by renowned artists such as Daniel Gwirtzman, Judith Steel, Scott Putman, Roger Lee Dance Company, LLC, Maverick Lemon Dance Project, Kyoko Ruch, Snoop Dogg, BREathe Dance Project, and Step Afrika! In 2010, she was featured in a reconstruction of the iconic work Shelter by Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, Founder of the Urban Bush Women Dance Company, which was showcased in a PBS documentary.
As a choreographer, Ronnique has created and co-created works for various dance companies, productions, competitions, films, showcases, pageants, and arts education programs and workshops in local elementary, middle, and high schools. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Ramdance Movement, a dynamic dance collective.
Her choreographic works have been featured at prestigious venues and festivals, including the International Association of Blacks in Dance, the Atlas Intersections Festival, the Dance Institute of Washington, the Barnstorm Dance Festival in Houston, TX, the Joyce Theater in NYC, and the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage.
Currently, Ronnique serves as the Dance Coach for the Howard University Bisonette Dance Ensemble and continues to work as a Creative Director, Dance Educator, Choreographer, and Performer in the DC/MD area.
