Washington Women in Jazz

A new big band featuring the music of Washington Women in Jazz All-Stars Amy K Bormet (piano/vocal) and Leigh Pilzer (baritone saxophone).  The Celestial Splang-a-Lang makes its debut as a special feature of the 13th annual Washington Women in Jazz Festival. Swing, avant-garde, and beautiful ballads delivered through the powerful sound of this 18-piece ensemble.
